How does it work?

1. Call us at The Prenatal Experience to set up your account.
2. Spread the word that you are registered with us!
3. Your friends call and put any dollar amount towards your package.
4. We mail your custom gift certificate listing all your thoughtful contributors!

What information do we need to set up the account?

1. Your Name
2. Your Phone Number
3. Your Address
4. Your Due Date
5. The package you would like to receive
6. The stage of your pregnancy you would like to come in
7. The date you would like the certificate mailed to you
8. Don’t forget to include our name and number on the “Where I am Registered” list you send with your shower invitations.

How do my friends and family contribute?

All they have to do is give us a call and have their credit card handy. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit cards. Their card will be charged that day. They will also be given the option to have a small gift card mailed to them to specify the dollar amount of their gift in case they would like to put it in their card at a baby shower. We will also let them know how much you need to go up to the next package increment and which package you hope to receive. However, they may put any amount they would like towards your package.

How do I redeem my package?

We will call you at the time that you have specified upon registration or when your goal has been reached. At that time we will mail you the gift certificate. Feel free to call to check your balance or to redeem your package at any point.

What if for some reason I am unable to use my gift certificate?

If for some reason you are unable to make it to your ultrasound during your pregnancy, your contributors will be refunded in full to their credit cards.
